Here are some comments from recent students' parents:

Was asking a friend out in the Applegate where to take my son for swim lessons. So she named a few places but then said, "if you want your son to REALLY learn to swim, take him to Superior.... Susie Doss

Our daughter has been to YMCA, ABK and even swimming lessons at Hawthorne Park and she made some progress at each one though slowly. At some, lessons were inconsistent and ineffective, or the classes were too large and students would also distract one another. Teachers underestimated students and kept the swim classes "dumbed" down.
At Superior the first half hour had our daughter doing things the other classes had not managed. Casey, her instructor, is both positive and assertive keeping all the kids in his small class on task and is brilliant at refocusing them on their swimming methods. My daughter not only has fun but is now eager to perfect her swimming. Kids aren't put on the sideline and ignored if they try to wimp out, but persuaded to test their limits. It works.
Superior swim class is a huge positive after a long sting of dissappointments.
My thanks to Casey & Deane for such a high quality program for kids.

My family took swim lessons this summer from Miss Deane. My 7 year old, 5 year old, 3 year old children and I, all took lessons. I am an adult who never learned how to swim. I was previously terrified of the water but did not want to go through the rest of my life not being able to swim and enjoy the water. We have had our children in swim lessons with different instructors since each of them were 2 years old, but they were still unable to swim. One summer with Miss Deane changed all of that. Not only is our 7 year old swimming like a Dolphin, our 5 year old and 3 year old have also learned how to swim! And the biggest news, at age 40 years old, I am now able to swim!!! Miss Deane was patient and taught me not to be afraid of the water. For the first time in my life, I am able to swim with everyone else. It is truly amazing. This summer has literally been life changing for me and my family all thanks to Miss Deane's exceptional teaching and skill in the water.
Sincerely,
The Chmelir Family
