Are you paying for play time instead of swim lessons?

The students in our program learn fast to think for themselves in the water.

Please read recent comments from parents that have children in our Superior Swim Lessons Program:

"Colton's Story"

"After being enrolled for a few months at another facility, I stopped swim lessons a year ago with my twins because they were already very comfortable in the water. After getting a referral to Ms. Deane from a family friend, explaining she taught more about safety than the "water play" that we had been paying for, I decided to try again. After just a few months of swim, I was so impressed with the progress my two year old twins had made, I knew I had made the right choice. However, it was after my son had a nightmare, that I knew Ms. Deane had actually made a potentially life saving impression on my child. The morning after my son awoke screaming and scared, my husband asked him what had scared him.. he told us he was fishing, "oh" I said, "and why was that scary, did you fall in the water" and his exact words were "No, if Colton fall in the water, he flap, flap, kick, kick, penguin swim and starfish." I was amazed at the fact that he actually had a plan in his head of what he would do if he ever fell in, and that falling in the water was not scary thought to him. That, is what I would call priceless. Thank you Ms. Deane for all that you do!"

Two summers spent at the YMCA taking swimming lessons and my daughter, Emily, had made very little progress. I was looking for someone new and we found Miss Deane. Thank goodness! She was an answer to my prayers! Before Miss Deane, Emily wouldn't put her face in the water and she still used floaties. By the middle of her first lesson Emily ditched the floaties and was face down in the water! I am so happy with her progress and she says how much she LOVES swim lessons. Emily's confidence in herself and her swimming ability has skyrocketed - all thanks to Miss Deane and her "no nonsense" approach. Run, don't walk, to sign up for swimming lessons with Miss Deane!
